The staff here was super friendly and helpful. The fancy king room had its own bathroom and came with an iron and ironing board, a work desk, and a TV. The views from the room were absolutely stunning! 🌟

There is a great selection of superb food for breakfast. The units are good value for money, big size.

It was a super base for a wedding ceremony. The location was comfortable and handy for exploring this lovely quiet area, right by the church, friendly pub in lovely village with fab breakfast and dinner, and Yorkshire.

I would consider staying here again, the place met needs. Everything is lovely, thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The units are big, new-fashioned with the bed to be, different carpeting, as for instance. They have plenty of meals to choose from, the food is exceptional.

the location was perfect, with beautiful surroundings and plenty to do. the room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. the staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the homemade pie and chips, it was absolutely delicious. it was a wonderful experience being in a proper pub with great food.

The noise coming from the faulty extractor fan in the kitchen below, which made it difficult to sleep at night.

The weather was very good and we had a very pleasant stay. The staff was dog-friendly and caring. The location was wonderful and lovely, near a friendly pub in a charming village and close to the church where our wedding took place, as well as Oakham, a lovely town. The area was also very picturesque.

Friendly and attentive service, delicious food, and excellent value for money. I recently visited this dog-friendly pub for a meal and was impressed throughout. The waiter took our orders promptly and the starters arrived quickly. The main courses followed swiftly, and everything was of superb quality. We even had room for desserts without feeling rushed. The bill was a pleasant surprise, as the food's superb quality made it excellent value for money. The only downside was that vegetables were not included. However, overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend Black Bull Bed & Breakfast.
